The private limited liability company incorporated under Belgian law Flatninja, with registered offices at BE – 2000 Antwerp, Tolstraat 28, registered at the Register of Legal Entities of Antwerp, division Antwerp under the number 0640.876.327 and known by the VAT-administration under the number BE 0640.876.327 (hereafter “Blogalyzer”, “we” or “us”) respects the privacy of its users (hereafter a “User””, “you” or “your”) and has developed this privacy policy (hereafter the “Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy.

We collect information through our website www.blogalyzer.net (hereafter the “Website”), the corresponding digital platform (hereafter the “Digital Platform”) and the application which provides you access to the Digital Platform (hereafter the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully when using our Website, the Digital Platform or the App or transacting business with us.

 

1. Website and Digital Platform practices

Blogalyzer helps you to optimise your content marketing strategy. We do so by offering you a Digital Platform that allows you to view your content marketing performance data in different formats (hereafter the “Services”). For more detailed information on the Website, the Digital Platform and/or the App, its functionalities, and your responsibilities towards the Content you upload, download, post, email, analyze or otherwise transmit, please consult our Terms of Use.

When using any of the Services of Blogalyzer, you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of any materials, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, or any of these elements in combination (hereafter the “Content”) under the strict circumstances as described in this Policy.

 

2. What information do we collect?

2.1 Automatically collected technical information

Through the Website, the Digital Platform and/or the App we automatically collect certain technical information regarding our Users. In order to register as a User with Blogalyzer, you will be asked to sign in using your Google Gmail or Analytics login. If you do so, you authorize us to access certain Google account information, such as your public profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Google), your first and last name, email address. When using the service to analyse your content marketing performance, you will be asked to give access to a blog, which allows us to download and store the Google Analytics data of the websites / properties you provide, a necessary requirement to re-calculate, optimise, and visualise the data.

In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Services or in some other manner. If you transact business with us, this may include financial information.

 

3. What about cookies and web beacons?

The Website and the Digital Platform of Blogalyzer or Blogalyzer’ service provider(s) may use cookies (small text files stored in your browser) or web beacons (electronic images that allow the Website and/or the Digital Platform to count users who have accessed a particular page and to access certain cookies) to collect aggregate data.

Cookies themselves do not personally identify you, they merely recognize your web browser.

We do however analyze the traffic to and/or your use of the Website and/or the Digital Platform with Google Analytics. 4.  For what purposes do we collect your data?

If your personal information is submitted through our Website when applying for a position with our company, the information will be used solely in connection with considering and acting upon your application. We may retain your personal information, but only for the purpose of considering your application for current or future available positions. This information, which may include your name and contact information, prior education and experience, and other information you provide to us, may be shared with third-party service providers retained by us to collect, maintain and analyze candidate submissions for job postings.

In all circumstances, we may perform these functions directly or use a third party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf who will be obligated to use your personal information only to perform services for us. You can choose not to provide us with certain information. This may however result in you being unable to use certain features of our Services because such information may be required in order for you to register as a User or initiate other transactions.

Our Services may also deliver notifications to your browser or mobile device. You can disable these notifications by going into “App Settings” on the App or by changing the settings on your mobile device.

8.  How can a User access his personal data?

Once you have created a Blogalyzer account, you are able to access your profile, review and update your personal information or close your account at any time.

You may ask us, free of charge, to amend or to have removed all your personal data from our database by sending an e-mail to the responsible for the data treatment, to the following address: 2000 Antwerp, Tolstraat 28.

We will take care of any request as soon as possible.

 

9. Voluntarily posted content

We provide areas on our Services where you can post information about yourself and others and communicate with others. Such postings are governed by our Terms of Use. Also, whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on publicly viewable pages, that information will be publicly available and can be collected and used by others. For example, if you post your email address, you may receive unsolicited messages. We cannot control who reads your posting or what other Users may do with the information you voluntarily post, so we encourage you to exercise discretion and caution with respect to your personal information.
