1. Website and Digital Platform practices
When using any of the Services of Blogalyzer, you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of any materials, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, or any of these elements in combination (hereafter the “Content”) under the strict circumstances as described in this Policy.
2. What information do we collect?
2.1 Automatically collected technical information
Through the Website, the Digital Platform and/or the App we automatically collect certain technical information regarding our Users. This information could include the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, the IP address of the Internet Service Provider, the device ID and type, access times, the Internet address of the website from which you have linked directly to the Website, your browser type and language, the operating system used by your device, the sections of the Website you visited, the Website pages you accessed, the information you viewed.
2.2 Personal information
We collect personally identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by you.
We do not collect sensitive information (e.g., data relating to race or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal record, physical or mental health, or sexual orientation) from you. In order to register as a User with Blogalyzer, you will be asked to sign in using your Google Gmail or Analytics login. If you do so, you authorize us to access certain Google account information, such as your public profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Google), your first and last name, email address. When using the service to analyse your content marketing performance, you will be asked to give access to a blog, which allows us to download and store the Google Analytics data of the websites / properties you provide, a necessary requirement to re-calculate, optimise, and visualise the data.
In addition, we may collect and store any personal information you provide while using our Services or in some other manner. If you transact business with us, this may include financial information.
3. What about cookies and web beacons?
Cookies themselves do not personally identify you, they merely recognize your web browser.
4. For what purposes do we collect your data?
4.1 General purposes
We use and process collected Content to:
- deliver and improve our Services and enhance your experience of the Services;

4.2 Job applicants
If your personal information is submitted through our Website when applying for a position with our company, the information will be used solely in connection with considering and acting upon your application. We may retain your personal information, but only for the purpose of considering your application for current or future available positions. This information, which may include your name and contact information, prior education and experience, and other information you provide to us, may be shared with third-party service providers retained by us to collect, maintain and analyze candidate submissions for job postings.
In all circumstances, we may perform these functions directly or use a third party vendor to perform these functions on our behalf who will be obligated to use your personal information only to perform services for us. Our Services may also deliver notifications to your browser or mobile device. You can disable these notifications by going into “App Settings” on the App or by changing the settings on your mobile device.
8. How can a User access his personal data?
Once you have created a Blogalyzer account, you are able to access your profile, review and update your personal information or close your account at any time.
You may ask us, free of charge, to amend or to have removed all your personal data from our database by sending an e-mail to the responsible for the data treatment, to the following address: 2000 Antwerp, Tolstraat 28.
We will take care of any request as soon as possible.
9. Voluntarily posted content
When you upload, download, post, email, analyze or otherwise transmit Content to or through the Website, the Digital Platform and/or the App, you should think carefully about what you are making public about yourself and/or about other persons. We do not accept any responsibility and/or liability for possible breaches of the privacy rights of third parties committed by you.
10. How do we protect your personal information?
We take security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.
We use rented servers who are physically located within the European Union. We and/or our providers make all reasonable efforts to keep these servers, applications and databases secure and free from unauthorized access and use, by using physical, administrative and technological measures to protect the information maintained.
Unfortunately, no system can be 100% secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, chats, or other communications will always remain secure.
